My leg was cut as I was getting off the bus in Petts Wood when the bus driver put the brakes on suddenly thereby causing me to lurch to the left as I was going down the stairs.
The sudden lurch caused me to sustain a deep cut but I did not think it was serious enough to attend hospital for treatment.
The cut was not healing so I went to A&E about 4 weeks later and received a stiff admonishment from the Nurse telling me that I should have attended hospital as soon as the accident happened.
She explained that the cut could affect the circulation in my legs and applied a compression bandage and the necessary ointment.
I was referred to The Leg Club in Mottingham by my G P and I have received first class care and attention from them since March, 2017.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service that they provide (always with a smile) and have recommended their services to my friends.
