About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

Gave up after holding on for 30 minutes for Orthodontics phone to be answered - tr phoned the switchboard and also hanging on for 30minutes before recorded message saying leave message.

Phoned switchboard again - waited 20 minutes before speaking to a person who said very busy and she would transfer to Orthodontics but after 20 minutes I hung up,,

Bad management!,
