"Rude"

I have been with this gp for a year now and in that time whenever I have needed to make an appointment I can't seem to get through, I have to call a couple times in order for someone to pick up and when they do it seems to be with the utter most rudeness, I have infant with a high fever which I called about to make an appointment to then have the receptionist tell me it's fully booked, no appointments at all without even me finishing my sentence, then I proceed to tell her that my child has a high fever to which she asks about the date of birth and then telling me there is actually a time and then cutting me off the phone. I have never once complained about anything but when you have to deal with someone like that when you're already stressed about the health of your child it makes it even worse. They need to change this attitude and show that they care care or better yet get someone who does.
