I developed fybromyalgia and spent a lot of time lying down in pain with no hope for the future. I wasn't sure if this pain management course was right for me as I found out about it myself on the internet. The first 4 weeks were very difficult but after the input from dr with medication and information, the physio, psychologist and nurse I am now living a full life.
