My father aged 76 was taken into Dumfries Infirmary with an small ulcer on his leg, where in my opinion he was systematically neglected of basic care and food and water and discharged home with a gangrenous foot, and then died. He was walked from the ward to the ambulance. When he got home we discovered that he had developed gangrene during his stay at the hospital.
"Poor care for my father"
