"PALS team review"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital / Accident and emergency

I have contacted the PALS team of West Middlesex Hospital over 50 times in the past month, sometimes calling twice a day to hear a review on my situation where I suffer from Grade 3 nasal polyps, since last year November I have been chasing for an appointment, when I finally did get an appointment at West middlesex last month they said that is an Emergency for a Surgery and they would send a letter; it has been over a month firstly, and nearly a year since they have identified my condition. The PALS team only say “ we will get back to you”’, they have kept me on hold since a month, infact more now. The most appaling service I have recieved, no importance to the patient. I am still struglling with this condition and left with no choice but to leave the most negative review because the PALS team has been the worst ever. It could not get any worse.

Infact I have called the Head of the ENT department and she was of no use to.
