I went to Marie Stopes in Ealing for my first consultation and then again for the surgical abortion. This was my second time using Marie Stopes. How pleased I was with their care and friendliness. Every person I met on the way was absolutely lovely. They listened, listed options, made sure you felt like you could intervene and stop at any time. On the day of the abortion I got very emotional when I walked into the theatre - not because I doubted my decision - but I was nervous about the sedation (and the theatre looked like something out of Greys Anatomy!). They were all very supportive and took extra care of me. I can't praise and thank them enough for making such a hard day easier for me. Hopefully I'll never have to go back, but using Marie Stopes services is highly recommended and the Ealing clinic a very safe and friendly place for the surgical abortion.

Thank you for taking the time to give such positive comments. I will forward this to the manager and team in the Ealing clinic. The staff do work very hard and it's good for them to know how much they are appreciated. I am sure your comments will also be most helpful to others who might find themselves in the same situation.
