"An appreciative patient"

I wanted to leave a review for this practice as I truly am thankful for the excellent attention I have always received as a patient. I attended the surgery in March 2018 and whilst there made enquiries with the doctor regarding an existing & painful foot issue. I was advised by the doctor that as this condition was not life threatening, surgery would probably not be a possibility on the NHS but the doctor advised me that he would contact the Consultant at the hospital with an overview of the problem and how this was concurrently impacting on my life. To my surprise, I was offered an appointment, which I eagerly attended. My feet were x-rayed & after discussing the results with the Consultant, surgery was agreed and supported. This has now recently successfuly taken place.

I feel so appreciative that my problem was taken seriously, I was listened to & the doctor took the time to make enquiries on my behalf - he could just have said, no sorry, private treatment is your only option - which would not financially have been an option.

Thank you to all of the Doctors at this practice for the high level of care that myself & my family have ALWAYS received - you are a credit to the NHS.
