"Speedy service at the fracture clinic in Hull"

I just needed to tell you about my experience of the fracture clinic at Hull Royal Infirmary.

I have 4 children who are very sporting so are regularly having accidents, particularly my rugby playing boys. I have spent many hours in casualty and fracture clinic.

However, a new system has been put in place at Hull Royal and I cannot believe the difference. I went armed with sandwiches and a book and yet we were only 20 minutes from start to finish. The consultant, support worker and receptionist were very friendly and professional. I cannot believe how quick we were. What a great improvement.
