"Excellent care"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

My Mum has recently been in Telford hospital.

She was really well cared for.

Mum was on AMU ward.

The care was excellent.

There was always at least 1 nurse on the ward all the time.

Mum was then moved to Ward 11.

Again I can't fault the care she received.

Myself and my family can't thank you enough for the care Mum received.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your mum's recent admission to AMU & Ward 11.

I am really pleased to hear that she had a positive experience whilst in our care.

I will ensure I share your feedback with the Ward Managers for both areas as this will mean a lot to them and their staff.
