"Extremely good"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

What I liked

The staff and particularly the nurses on Branston ward were happy and smiling and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they made my short stay as comfortable as it could possibly be.

What could be improved

The windows where I waited for a bed to be available before my operation, could not be shut as they had warped. Therefore I spent 2 hours getting very chilled.

Dear Ms Brooks, thank you very much for taking the time to write about your stay on Branston ward; I was pleased to read about the friendly and helpful nursing staff - a smile makes all the difference doesn't it? I am very sorry about the windows; I can imagine that particularly in the November weather this was extremely uncomfortable. I have passed your comments onto the estates staff at Lincoln County to be sure that this has been rectified.

Thank you again.
