"Perfection!"

We had to take our daughter in to have an emergency operation to remove glass from her ankle, last Saturday morning.

I can’t fault a single thing about our experience - from the friendly cleaner telling us where to get coffee, to the amazing nurses (particularly one nurse who my daughter adored), to the porters who calmed us down on the way to theatre, to the theatre nurses who comforted us both, to the brilliant anaesthetist who was so reassuring and finally the fantastic surgeons who did such a skilful job in tricky circumstances.
