"Care of my father last weekend"

My father was admitted to your hospital on Friday afternoon after becoming unwell at home. From the ambulance crews, who brought him to A&E, to the wonderful staff on A&E , on EMU and finally ward 7C , he received professional care , shown compassion and dignity, and his family were also so well looked after and informed about his condition at every step of the way.

I am a nurse myself and am very aware , that it is all too easy to write negative reviews about the NHS, . From our recent experiences with your wonderful hospital and fabulous teams I can say how proud I am of my profession.

Sadly my father passed away on Sunday morning but again we found the bereavement staff to be wonderful.
