"Care received at Endoscopy Unit"

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

I was in for a procedure on Sunday which I was very nervous about. I have to say all the staff in the ward including the surgeon could not have been nicer. Time was taken to explain everything to me and put me at ease before taking me in for the procedure. I would also like to say that the nurse fitting the canula was outstanding, I do tend to have 'difficult' veins at the best of times, and really could not believe how quickly and painlessly this was done. The after care was also exceptional and the whole experience really was turned in to a very pleasant one (other than the actual procedure of course! ). I honestly cannot thank them all enough.
