About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital

Having been placed in a position of using Canterbury hospital on two consecutive days for different reasons, I can't thank the staff enough.

Firstly, the member of staff in audiology was so very helpful and lovely. I was put at ease immediately and the problem identified from the outset.

Secondly, the receptionist at the breast screening department is a delight. Despite being overloaded with paperwork, she smiled, responded and treated everyone with such respect.

The clinic staff, sorry forget her name, was equally attentive and caring.

The Dr was wonderful. I was lucky in as much as I am not suffering from any serious illness but everyone cares.

All of this treatment during extreme temperatures. Uncomfortably hot waiting rooms but warm, endearing receptions from staff. Well done Canterbury hospital and the NHS .

Forgot, the audiology telephone staff.....excellent
