"Leaving the area, got to change health practice..."

About: Todmorden Group Practice

Great facility and was initially impressed, but making contact by telephone is a complete

farce and the reception staff all seem to be graduates of the Atilla the Hun charm school.

Abrupt, rude and totally unsympathetic to a persons needs.

Changing to another practice, probably not in such a grand building but hopefully where the phone will be answered, we will be afforded some courtesy and get an appointment in a realistic space of time.
