The receptionist in the Neurosurgical Admissions Lounge in my opinion is the nicest receptionist I have ever come across. Both me and my husband have mobility problems me because of a stroke and my husband had a brain injury in February 2018. But this receptionist was so patient.
My husband needs to come into the hosp this Sunday because of a procdure on monday and I was very anxious because I didn't know what time on Sunday and the receptionist put me through to the right person. Just waiting for a call back. When people are kind and patient on the phone it means a lot and eases stress.Thankyou kind receptionist
