"Follow up of test results"

About: Hillingdon Hospital London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust

(as the patient),

I attended the Tudor Clinic for a routine sexual health check up early July 2018 and received the usual professional care and attention I've come to expect from this vital clinic. Because of a minor issue I was asked to re-attend on the three weeks later "by which time you will have received the results of today's tests via SMS text". Said appointment loomed and I reported to the clinic not having received any feedback and was consequently somewhat anxious and expecting the worst. As soon as I was alone with the healthcare professional I immediately explained  my concern and asked for the bad news, but was told that all tests had returned negative and I had nothing to worry about! I explained that I hadn't yet received the confirmation text I had been promised and that I really needed it to have as evidence to show a partner. The person said it would be arranged. 24 hours later I'm still waiting. Please can this be investigated and resolved thank you.
