"Poor administration"

About: The Great Western Hospital / Clinical haematology

had A letter stating incorrectly that I had not attended. They’d not realised it was a telephone appointment that had gone ahead as scheduled.

Apparently the appointment ‘outcome’ was keyed incorrectly as someone hadn’t read the form properly.

How many other inaccurate appoint outcomes are completed.

Please check details properly as they could be a matter of life or death.
