"Couldn't have been better"

What I liked

I was treated with the greatest respect and good humour, this hasn't always been the case but has certainly changed for the better at this time, if the nurses have had special training in patient care it has really worked, where as previously it was oh I haven't the time or inclination to see to you, this time time they were magnificent and are to be congratulated and should be given awards for their dedication when earned.

What could be improved

Waiting time was a bit of a bore but not entirely unexpected
