I visited the hospital a number of times last year, and had a 3 week stay in the peritoneal malignancy / pseudomyxoma ward following a very lenthy operation. From the nurses in the intensive care, high dependency and wards C1 & C2, doctors who did the rounds, anaesthetists and my consultant they were absolutely amazing and I’ll forever be grateful for the hard work and commitment they have for their patients. They made my 3 week stay so much easier with their smiles and genuine care for their patients. Going through such surgery and treatment for Mesothelioma wasn’t easy, but the staff there helped me so much through everything and I can’t ever thank them enough. Thank you to the Peritoneal team for helping me. We are so lucky to have the NHS in the UK, and these people just prove that.
"Cannot thank these people enough.."
