The issue with this clinic is the greeting you get when you arrive. The receptionist that dealt with me couldn’t be less interested. It was like I had inconvenienced her by coming in. Slouched in her chair she didn’t even bother sitting up when I came in.
To make me feel slightly better she didn’t seem that much more welcoming of the blood bike driver!! And to think he works with her!
The doctors and nurses are fantastic when you are seen but they need to work on training their reception staff in a little bit of patient service
