"Treated with dignity and compassiont"

About: Friarage Hospital Site / Accident and emergency

Sadly my mother passed away in a and e but the staff were truly caring and compassionate towards me and so respectful to her as she died, they treated her with great dignity and were honest yet empathetic with me. I sat with her as she died, the staff helped me do this and I'm so grateful.
