"No name bracelet"

Not at all happy how mother was treated in terling ward, no name bracelet for the last 3 days, medication left in small white container for visitors to overview,food left wrapped in cling film had we not been there she would have been unable to open herself, left without a needed pad at bed time, on visiting early next morning I felt the need to wash and redress (covered in poo & smelling of it) the lady in the next bed had helped my mum to the loo because she felt so sorry for her, TERLING WARD YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES
