My husband visited surgery for an emergency appointment as he was feeling very ill. The doctor was talking over us and appeared to be rushing us out of the door. Our appointment was 40 minutes late. Two days later he was in a lot of pain and we managed to get an appointment with the out of hours doctor. What a difference in care. Within 30 minutes we were on our way to the main local hospital with a letter for the surgeon. Husband underwent surgery a few hours later. Will most probably switch practices as we feel we cannot trust existing one.
