"Ignored signs of BPD diagnosis"

I had an appointment here on 1st of June. Despite having 8/9 symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder, they wrote in my letter that I have traits rather than a diagnosis. Even though in my appointment they said I do have BPD. I feel very invalidated and not listened to!
