"Acute Stone Clinic - Excellent Care"

The care and service that the acute stone clinic provided was second to none.

I was due to attend for a CT scan followed by a clinical review to receive my results. I received a phone call to advise me that the time of my CT scan had changed and was advised to attend later.

Following my CT scan and returning to the ambulatory clinic I was told the clinic was now closed. I explained that I needed to know the results as I was flying the next day. To my surprise they didn't send me away with an excuse but tried to contact the doctor that saw me two weeks previously.

I was asked to wait and then the member of staff arrived, reviewed me and informed me of my results.

Experiences like today makes very proud of our NHS
