"Outstanding Care"

i have been with Westgate Surgery for approximately 15 Years initially I very rarely went but after issues with gallbladder and subsequent pain after the surgery I have been a regular patient. First with one Dr and now with another Dr the last few years.

The Dr has been amazingly supportive with the numerous issues I’ve had and constantly monitoring my situation closely with tests and enlisting the help and support from other areas of the nhs to help me. The Dr has never made me feel like I’m wasting her time, has always made sure I understand exactly what is going on with me and any treatment I have had.

The best GP care I’ve ever had in any surgery, I wouldn’t have got through as well as I have in what has been a very difficult time for me without her support.

I have always received outstanding care at Westgate Surgery, the nurses are brilliant!

I consider myself very lucky to be registered here especially when I hear about the care friends receive at other surgeries locally and out of the area. Keep up the excellent work.
