About: Palfrey Health Centre

Have been trying to get a family member join with a local GP. Tried with three other GP surgeries and was given the run around, paperwork lost or surgery has closed patients joining! Palfrey staff were very understanding and helpful in explaining process and removed the stress involved. Good job and my relative is happy.

Thank you for your comment, I was pleased to read of your positive experience on NHS choices. I am appreciative of your comments concerning the dedication and diligence of our professional staff in maintaining high standards of patient care, despite operating in challenging circumstances, where time and resources are not as we would wish. I am also pleased to learn, despite your initial difficulty, that you were able to register with a GP practice of your choice.
