"They waste my time"

About: Creffield Medical Centre

Fed up with the poor links between the surgery and the pharmacy resulting in the right medication in the right dosage being available. Their ability to then put it right is woeful. I have a repeat prescription month in, month out so it shouldn't really be that difficult to predict requirements. Surely it's the practice manager's role to sort processs and procedure. Thank the lord my condition isn't critical or I would be in real trouble. The desk staff are also unhelpful and treat me like it's something I've done wrong!!!!

Thank you for your comment and feedback. The surgery has a process and procedure for ordering and producing prescriptions. If you have had a problem the practice manager is always happy to talk to you about this to see what has gone wrong and how we can make it right for you.

We kindly ask that you help us provide an efficient service by requesting your medications when you have a maximum of 7 days of medications left.

Patients are able to request medications on-line via SystmOnline, via batch prescriptions or in writing. Without knowing your details we are unable to comment further, but welcome all feedback to ensure that we provide a good service for all of our patients.
