"Operation at RJAH"

I have recently spent a few days in the hospital for a lumbar compression operation under the care of my consultant. From the very first consultation I was made to feel welcome and that I really mattered to the staff with whom I came in contact. The admission procedure worked like clockwork, my operation went well and I was well cared for by the staff on Clwyd ward. The consultant also visited 3 times.

The hospital premises are spotlessly clean, the staff are pleasant and always greet the patients, whether or not they are directly involved in their care.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the hospital and staff to anybody who needed orthopaedic care. Thank you.
