"Friendly staff"

I went in to the emergency department as I had a cut on my leg, I checked in at reception quite easily considering it was my first visit to this hospital and I didn't even get a chance to sit in the waiting room and my name was called.

I am very impressed by how friendly the staff are and how quickly I was seen.

Everything was clean and sterilised as you would expect from a hospital and the nurse who saw me knew what he was doing and talked me through everything.
