I went to the Urgent Care Centre to see someone about why I keep on coughing for the past three weeks and I clearly wrote on the form that I was having chest pains. I was kept waiting for 1.5 hours before my name was called and the person didn't apologize for keeping me waiting. I was in pain. The person checked me over and said there's nothing wrong with me. So after keeping me waiting for 1.5 hours to tell me that my lungs are fine. Making someone with mental health wait that long is not right. I certainly won't be using these services again.
