"Terrible service"

About: Broughton House Surgery

After not been told I needed a blood test my tablets were cancelled. A year on I was still receiving them from chemist. Dr had no record. Had blood test got results off receptionist a week later.They were satisfactory. Weird I was in hospital having a heart attack. They changed my tablets which would have been picked up on a year previous if my blood test hadn't been overlooked. Since then nothing but shocking service. Two weeks waiting for a sick note.

Prescriptions never ready.

Told there are no app cos there are no doctors . Diabolic service.
