"Elderly friend still upset by care at Musgrove Hospital"

I write to inform you of the experience of my elderly friend. She is still traumatized by her time spent in the Musgrove and often recalls what happened. This has left her in fear of going into hospital in future. At the age of 85, she was admitted after a fall. she recalls that whenever she wanted to go to the toilet, nurses would tell her that they were are busy - and that she would have to wait. Most times, she ended up wetting the bed. She remarked how much bed linen they had to send to the laundry from changing the sheets so often. She was discharged from The Musgrove as being incontinent. This has NEVER been the case, nor is it today, a year later. Finally, she constantly talks about one nurse, who was horrible in the way she spoke to her.
