I have always had a good experience with the reception staff until today 19/7/2018 at 10.26am. I rang up on behalf of my husband as I realised that he was out of his depression medication and I was not aware this medication was on repeat. I don't know who answered the phone i should of got her name but I have to say she was not professional at all. I explained the situation only to be made to feel stupid that I had not ordered the tablets I understood what she was saying but it was the way she said it to me Like I was naughty for not ordering them. when I pointed out that she was being rude to me they was no apology all she said is I am doing you a favour like I should be grateful and happy with the way she spoke to me. once again this is the first time ever that I have been spoken to like this and normally all the staff I have had contacted with have been very polite and helpful. I suggest whoever I spoke to go get so people skills.
