"Thank you for all your hard work and care"

I changed my GP practice when I moved house, and took a recommendation from a friend to join Northcote medical practice in Glasgow. I've been with them for about 18 months now, possibly longer, but each time I've had an interaction with the practice I've been so impressed with how I am treated, the range of services they offer, how quickly they resolve my problems and how lovely all the staff are. I don't think I've seen the same doctor or nurse twice, but every clinician has been thorough, listened carefully and asked questions, and I've felt reassured and confident in their advice and treatment plan. I really don't see how they could improve on anything. I felt that I had to share my experience to tell them how valued they are, and to thank them for all their hard work and care.
