You call at the reception at 8am after waiting on the queue number 3 after long waiting either they will said we are fully booked or emergency only, when you try to tell your problem sorry we can’t arrange you anything

If you look sign at the counter saying we are taking new patient for registered? Why when you can’t give a patient an appointment

Thank you for your comment. Having recently reviewed our appointment demand we have recruited additional clinical staff and changed our appointment process to ensure we have appropriate capacity. If in the unlikely event, you are not able to make a same day appointment, we have additional processes in place to ensure that no patient is turned away if they do require medical attention; all emergency queries are reviewed by the duty GP on a continuous basis.
