"Couldn't Recommend Enough"

I registered with Fairfields because it had the best reviews in this area when I moved here but I had my reservations because of it being such a densely populated area I thought I'd struggle to get appointments and GPs would be running behind schedule. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and very rarely has a GP been behind schedule in my experience here. All the staff are also very polite, patient and do their best to help you always. What I like most about this surgery is the attitude of the GPs and how they treat you. My weight is a contributing factor to some of my health problems so at surgeries in the past, GPs have dismissed my health problems and blamed it all on my weight without running any tests first to check. However, at Fairfields my health concerns have been taken seriously and I have felt that my health was genuinely cared about by the staff there. Furthermore, instead of chastising me for being overweight, my GP was encouraging and gave me health advice. When I went for my appointments with her and I was weighed and found I had lost weight, she congratulated me and again was encouraging. I honestly couldn't recommend this surgery enough because it is ran in an efficient way and everyone who works here from doctors to receptionists are caring and compassionate.
