"Could not have asked for better care"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was at Forth Valley Royal Hospital to have some small growths removed from my head. I was taken early by Nurse Doreen who called my name clearly and conducte me very pleasantly to the ward. Here I was introduced to Nurse Kirsty who was to do the procedure. She took down my details without fuss and then started the procedure. This went ahead with no problems at all and seemed to be very quickly over. She was full of advice for further care at home. Then Nurse Doreen showed me the way out. I could not have asked for better care and I would award them both 10 out of 10.
