"Poor service"

About: Manor Hospital / Accident and emergency

Father in law admitted 86 years old has dementia and he has spent over 15 hrs in a and e

Before we get a very rude phone call to my work

We await a call back to be told he is still in a and e

The staff member on the pho me was rude and put the phone down

Only for us to ring back get passes around 4 more people to be cut off again

Avoid this hospital at all costs if you can

I’m sure there are many good staff who work here

But we have not come across any yet

Sorry but true
