From the surgeon to the pre op assessment the Greville Ward and the theatre and recovery team l have nothing but praise following my need for surgery l was looked after extremely well and treated with respect and kindness and lots of encouragement. The physio team give confidence and lots of support.
Only negative which has nothing to do with care is that upon discharge directions for a nearer exit/collection point was unclear and we had to battle with a wheelchair against the visitor flow around and in the car park l think this could be made clearer
