"Big Thankyou to all staff on Kerensa Ward"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Older people's healthcare

I was on holiday in Cornwall and was taken ill and taken to hospital. I was in Kerensa ward and cannot praise consultants, doctors, nursing staff and everyone that looked after me they always had time (they were so busy) to have a chat and pass the time of day with you. There isn't words enough to express my gratitude to them all Thankyou doesn't seem adequate but I do Thankyou Thankyou. Enid Crooks xxxx from North Yorkshire xxxxx

Dear Enid

Thank you so much for sharing your experience when you unfortunately had to be admitted to Kerensa Ward during your holiday. I am sorry that you had cause to be brought into hospital but am so pleased that you received wonderful care and that consultants, doctors, nursing and all other staff took the time to chat with you and make you feel as comfortable as possible throughout.

I will be sharing you lovely comments, praise and gratitude with the entire team of Kerensa as I know they will be delighted to know that they made a difference and really appreciate the time you have taken to share your story and give them such heartfelt thanks.

I hope that you were able to enjoy some of your holiday in Cornwall and are now feeling much better back home in North Yorkshire.
