"A nightmare"

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) / Accident and emergency

Personally, I received good assistance in a reasonable time for my injury. The nightmare regards my boyfriend who has been bumped from one room to another, from one nurse to another, to realize after 5 hours of waiting that the surgery he needed was not provided in this Hospital.

I am perfectly aware that every Hospital has long waiting hours but at least what you expect as a human being is that your waiting time is worth it. Lack of coordination, lack of communication between departments, slow operational processes I suppose are the causes of the awful experience that my boyfriend had to go through.

NHS is free, but if this is the level of assistance that you have to get for free I'd rather pay.
