"prescription staff arrogant and rude,"

The prescription staff are so rude at times.

When you ask for prescription to be collected to be taken elsewhere they ignore the doctors requests too.

The receptionist ask whats wrong which I think is wrong as they are not qualified.

Getting an appointment is dreadful and if you do get one there is no one in the waiting room so why is there no appointments.

Amazing that people can book appointment 2 weeks in advance but when an emergency you cant get one.

Medical records from hospitals are just added on files but not sent directly to the drs so when treatment is needed the hassle you go through to get anywhere can take weeks.

It seems to be getting worse rather than better.
