Doctors telephone manner!

Phoned at surgery request,regarding my elderly mother who is in a nursing home, regarding recent hospital scans.

The doctor was rude and unable to explain recent MRI/etc scans, despite that this medical practice request that I phone!

This doctor stated i had no respect to him, stating I am a doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, as a tax payer, paying his wages he should, be accountable, and have much greater respect for myself and his patient, ie my Mother.
