"Simply the best"

After reading so many complaints I feel I must write something in contrast. I have been with this surgery for many years. I have found nothing to complain about only praise to give. Yes you have to wait for a non urgent appointment but if you have a problem you will be spoken to by a doctor and seen straight away if it’s needed.

I have never felt that ive been rushed or disregarded. The GP I usually see is very caring and has extreme patience.

I would also like to praise the nursing and office staff. I need regular blood tests somhave regular contact with the surgery. The office staff are very polite and helpful. The nurses are friendly and with one individual I don’t even feel the needle when I have my blood test taken!

I honestly cannot fault our surgery. We should be grateful that they are so good. I’ve heard such horror stories that other friends have gone through with their surgery. I really think we should show our appreciation more.
