"Disgracefully useless"

About: Tamworth House Medical Centre.

Have seen doctor 4 times for the same thing , and it's getting worse , no sense of urgency from the doctors, not attentive to when your discussing issue, will just palm you off with prescription that does not help with the matter . Frustrated at this point and am moving gps as this is all too much .

I'm so sorry to hear you have had a negative experience at the practice. I can assure you this is not the level of service we would wish for our patients

I would encourage you to put your complaint in writing so we can investigate further. The practice has an in-house complaints policy and leaflets available to patients at all times.

We value your opinion and recognize the need to take into account every patient’s individual experience. I am happy to meet with you at a mutually convenient time to discuss your complaint.
