"Impressed with the care given"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital / Accident and emergency

I had to come into A&E on Sunday due to heart palpitations. I arrived at 11:30 and was seen within an hour. I had full blood tests, an ECG and chest x-ray. The doctor was extremely kind and explained everything in detail. I was reassured that my heart was ok and no damage was happening even though I seem to be having ectopic heartbeats. I was home by 2:30. I was really impressed with the care I was given and I would like to say thank you to the doctor who took very good care of me. I am so proud of our NHS and get so angry when people say negative things. So much hard work is going on day and night and we should all be very grateful for the wonderful care we are able to access 24/7. I know I am. Thank you.

Dear Sue, thank you so much for the lovely feedback. We are sorry that you needed our help for what must have been a rather traumatic time. We will pass your comments on to the A&E team who will really appreciate hearing from you.
