When a appointment is for a specific time
I would expect it to be for that time not sat
Around feeling claustrophobic with a tiny room full of sweaty people - if we arrive late for a appointment we would have to re schedule so why should it have to be any different when the doctors are a bit behind - pathetic really

We apologise for the experience you have had but unfortunately due to the nature of a problem or an emergency the clinics can overrun.
However, we do aim to see patients at their specified appointment times
